Our payments are split into two parts. Why?
We confirm your booking
SMS is sent to you to confirm your booking and the name of the cleaner assigned to you.
We do our best to supply the same cleaner each time...
Before the visit...
Ensure you read our information pack and set up Direct Debit as required for the monthly part of the fees. If you are booking regular clean ensure you have cleaning materials, hoover, mop, bucket and cleaning cloths/sponges.
You can still cancel the visit 24 hours before the session free of charge.
After the visit...
Please pay cleaner's hourly fee on completion. We will contact you to get feedback regarding the service.
We are confident you will like our service, but you can ask for replacement at any time or cancel the service if you are not satisfied.
